Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with our curriculum.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Foster childrens curiosity, creativity, and social skills through play-based learning.

Maintain discipline and classroom management while promoting a positive atmosphere.

Assess and document childrens progress and share feedback with parents.

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management.

Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

A degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience in teaching preschool or handling young children.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creativity and the ability to design engaging learning activities.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with educational tools or apps.

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
