Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers to deliver exceptional early childhood education.

Responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiencies in the Centre.

Accountable for admission and Attrition of the centre.

Converting Inquiry into admissions

Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory

Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in-centre activity.

Conduct admission counselling for prospective parents.

Bridge the gap between the curriculum and the teaching team. Implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and addresses the unique needs of children.

Mentor and develop teaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education in the classroom. Provide guidance and support for professional growth and continuous improvement.

Hire, train, and evaluate teachers and support staff and ensuring their best performance.

Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff.

Supervise teachers and other support staff.

Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum delivery standards

Foster positive relationships with parents through effective communication. Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and constructive manner.

Uphold health and safety standards within the preschool & daycare. Efficiently manage resources to create a secure and stimulating learning environment.
