• Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment.

• Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in-centre activity.
• Conduct admission counselling for prospective parents.
• Bridge the gap between the curriculum and the teaching team. Implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and addresses the unique needs of children.
• Mentor and develop teaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education in the classroom. Provide guidance and support for professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Hire, train, and evaluate teachers and support staff and ensuring their best performance.
• Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff.
• Supervise teachers and other support staff.
• Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum delivery standards
• Foster positive relationships with parents through effective communication. Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and constructive manner.
• Uphold health and safety standards within the preschool & daycare. Efficiently manage resources to create a secure and stimulating learning environment.
