Job Description

Making outbound calls to the potential customers or clients using a list provided by the company

2. Generating customer information, such as name, address, and contact information, for follow up

3. Generating interest in the product or service and persuading customers to make a purchase

4. Introducing the product or service to potential customers and explaining its benefits.

5. Following up with the potential customers who have expressed interest but have not made a purchase

6. Keeping accurate records of calls made and sales achieved

7. Answering all doubts and queries of potential customers.

8. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company

9. Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

10. Participating in training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and techniques

11. Should be able to create and handle email and whatsapp campaigns as a part of marketing strategy.
