Key Responsibilities:
1. Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding admission and placement procedures, requirements, and available programs/services, Provide accurate information about the institution/organization, programs, facilities, and services.
2. Application Processing:
Assist applicants in completing required application forms and documents.
Review applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
3. Documentation and Records: Maintain, organize and up-to-date records of all applicants, including documents, communication history, and application statuses. Ensure the confidentiality and security of applicant information.
4. Communication:
Communicate admission decisions to applicants and provide guidance on next steps.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, or tours as required.
Communicate with international and Indian students to check the readiness of documents before joining ship.
5. Coordination:
Coordination with admin department to review applications and make admission decisions.
Coordinate with financial department to get payment confirmation and Loan related assistance.
Coordination with our representatives to generate admission leads.
Coordination with recruitment partners for joining ships.
6. Events and Outreach:
Assist in organizing and participating in admission events, such as open days, information sessions, and orientation programs.
Represent the institution/organization at recruitment fairs and community events.
7. Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, popolicies, and procedures related to admissions and placement.
Stay informed about changes in admission and placement requirements, regulations, and industry trends.
8. Costumer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and their families, addressing concerns and inquiries
