Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales / Customer Service Associate in the International & Domestic Voice Process, based in New Delhi. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer experience on a daily basis.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided
Capturing additional information from the customer, screening the customer for their interest in company’s product
To inform the potential clients of the company’s products and services
Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy
Verifying your prospective leads’ data, provided by the marketing department
To work closely with the Sales Team
Allocate the Leads to Counsellors
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in international customer service is a plus
Required Skills: Good communication skills in English speaking.
Location - Rohini, Delhi
Exp- 6 months to 5 years
Salary - 3 to 4 LPA
