Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team by understanding client requirements and providing technical expertise.
• Collaborate with clients to design and recommend technical solutions.
• Help prepare detailed technical proposals and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support project coordination from presales to project initiation.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• Provide technical support for sales efforts, including presentations and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably related to industrial automation, water treatment, or control systems.
• Previous experience in a presales or sales support role, particularly in Tubewell Water Automation and Water/Sewage Treatment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Proposal and Project Documentation.
