Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Providing technical consultation & support to the internal sales and customers (for Infrastructure, Networking and Cloud-based solutions)
- Participating in the customer engagement & pre-sales activities (.: designing, specification, implementation, testing, training, deployment, etc.)
- Involving in tender processes (from requirement gathering, proposal submission to tender awarding)
- Serving as a subject matter expert, addressing technical related activities/ incidents/ escalations/ maintenance activities, etc.
- Delivering quality results on-site and on post-engagement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement’s:
- Candidate must have at least 3 – 7 years of professional working experiences in handling “pre-sales activities” for IT Infrastructure, Networking, security, and Cloud-based solutions
- Experienced managing/ implementing/ supporting/ troubleshooting Network & System Infrastructure
- Proficient with Office 365 as well as Routing, Switching, Wireless, products etc.
