Over 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with minimum 4+ years of Workplace Solution experience • Proficient in the Pre-Sales solution process • Strong expertise in the Microsoft stack including Windows 10, EMS, Azure AD, O365, M365, and Windows Virtual Desktop, Service Desk, etc. • Prior experience leading, costing and implementing workplace services pursuits with technology transformation, Managed services and automation components including: M365, Office 365 and its components – Messaging, MS Teams, Yammer, OneDrive etc., Windows 10 Migration, SCCM, Intune, MDM, VDI (Citrix & VMware), XenApp, AppV, BYOD, Chabot, Application Packaging, application compatibility testing, PC backup, Digital Workplace, Evergreen workplace environments and service management processes • Experience with cloud-delivered solutions for Workplace such as M365, O365, MS Teams, and G-Suite. • Understanding of Workplace support models and enabling tools and technologies such as analytics, automation, and AI • Experience/awareness of Licensing and Cloud Subscriptions • Must be well versed in and have experience of IT policies and procedures and technology standards • Passionate, persuasive, articulating Workplace Services concepts and solutions, capable of quickly establishing customer interest & credibility Attributes
