Key Job Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge
- Customer Discovery: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and pain
points. Ask probing questions to uncover business needs.
- Solution Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver effective product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of
each prospective customer.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and understand how the company's ERP
product compares to rival solutions.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): working closely with customers to demonstrate the ERP solution's effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, solution architects, and product managers to ensure a unified
approach in addressing customer needs.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from customer interactions to help shape product improvements and fine-tune
sales strategies.
- Training and Self-Development
Experience / Skills required :
This is an entry-level position, and while prior experience in pre-sales or ERP-related roles is a plus, it's not always a strict
requirement. Consultants will receive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills and knowledge. The specific
responsibilities and qualifications may vary from one ERP company to another, but the key focus is on understanding
customer needs and effectively presenting the ERP solution as a valuable solution to those needs.
Qualification:
MBA in Finance or Business (Finance background is preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical proficiency with ERP software and related technologies.
Customer-focused with a genuine interest in solving business challenges.
Fast learner and adaptable to new technologies and product updates.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
