Convince customers to visit the project sites and schedule site visits

Forwarding customers lead to sales person for site visits.

Take timely follow-up from clients.

Up to date knowledge with real estate market trends and regulations.

Basic knowledge of ROI and other key metrics for investor handling

Prepare a presentable proposal for clients / customers

Arrange meet ups with consultants to promote ongoing projects.
