Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the center by adhering to all established policies and procedures.

Admissions and Tours: Meet with prospective parents, provide comprehensive tours of the center, answer inquiries, and assist with the admission process.

Enrollment Goals: Collaborate with the admissions team and center founders to achieve and maintain enrollment targets.

Team Management: Lead a team of educators, offering support, guidance, and constructive feedback to foster a positive working environment.

Curriculum Implementation: Implement lesson plans aligned with the HighScope curriculum, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all children.

Parent and Caregiver Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

Staff Meetings and Training: Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous professional development and alignment with center goals.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the center's portal, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the center is always clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing a healthy environment for children and staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in early childhood education and/or center management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with the HighScope curriculum is a plus.

Ability to multitask and handle various administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Passionate about early childhood education and committed to the holistic development of children.
