Job Description

Make telephone calls to prospects & Generating lead through telephonic conversation.

Briefing the customers about project , Latest Schemes & Offers etc.

Brand Promotion

Maintain follow-ups with Clients on Regular basis

Convince Clients to visit site

Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved

Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis

Maintain confidentiality

Act as a representative of the Company and represent their interests at all times

Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs

Record details of opportunities and lead notes

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
