Job Title Presales Executive

Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0-2 years (6 months 1 year of relevant experience preferred)

Qualification: Graduate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling lead generation, customer engagement, database management, and coordinating with both internal teams and external clients. The role demands strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Calling:

Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to potential and existing leads.

Generate and qualify leads through various channels.

Maintain a systematic record of client interactions and responses.

Customer Engagement & Coordination:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless communication.

Schedule and facilitate customer site visits for better engagement.

Conduct post-visit customer satisfaction surveys and address feedback.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain and update customer records in the database/software.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Track and analyze customer interactions and conversion rates.

Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights on industry trends.

Operational Support:

Ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement to maximize conversions.

Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) and goal sheets.

Visit competitor sites (online research) and provide comparative analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
