JOB DESCRIPTION

Listen to customer requirements and guiding them appropriately to make visit .

Z Responding to incoming mails and phone queries.

Z Entry of customer details in database system, taken proper follow up of every prospective client and meet them to visit.

Z To handle walk-ins and enquiries at site.

Z As per client requirement explain them our product, shown them a sample flat and

suggest them how our property is better for them.

Z Maintain accurate record. Maintain and developing relationship with existing customers

via calls and mails.

Z Entry of customer details in database system, taken proper follow up of every prospective client and meet them to visit.

Z Maintaining database of calls, keep daily and monthly records and output from daily
