Job description
1. Demo on ERP Product.
2. Extensive research on prospective clients, decision makers, Technology landscape.
3. Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products
to leverage in lead generation and research.
Technical Functions:
1. Analysis market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
2. Make formal sales presentations and follow- up calls to prospective business accounts.
3. Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy and follow- up calls.
4. Make introductory calls and initiate sales process and create proposals.
5. Follow up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone.
6. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
7. Build prospect database and meet or exceed individual sales target.
8. Attend Sales events, must have no restrictions to travel across the target market.
9. Achieve the defined annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
Required Candidate profile
1. Proven inside sales experience
2. Track record of over-achieving quota
3. Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Experience working with or similar CRM
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Strong listening and presentation skills
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
9. Computer degree is a must.
Most Preferred Profile:
1. 2- 4 Years’ experience in IT sales.
2. Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
3. Passion for sales.
4. Should be able to represent the company at appropriate business forums.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. High levels of integrity, autonomy and self- motivation.
