Job Description

• It's a pre-sales process

• The company provides ayurvedic knees therapy This is an alternative to Knees surgery

• Initiate telephonic conversation to understand the patient’s requirements, and assess the same to fix the appointment with the Doctors.

• leads provided from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc (No hardcore sales and cold calling)

• Will get the interested clients' data and have to fix the appointment with the Doctors

• Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.

• Following up with the prospects as per their requested time

Skills:

• Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy wherever required on the call.

• Should have good listening skills Eligibility:

• Telesales experience

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Multiple Languages will be an add-on benefit.
