Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Identify and generate leads through online portals, databases, and other channels.
Follow up on incoming leads, qualify them, and convert them into potential buyers.
Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide project details.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options based on their needs.
Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Database Management:
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
Track lead status, interactions, and progress in the sales funnel.
Market Research:
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor offerings to pitch effectively.
Provide insights to the marketing team to improve campaigns.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls made, and conversions.
Analyze performance metrics to improve results.
