Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and providing information on real estate services. Your goal is to identify qualified leads and schedule appointments for Our Company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Conduct outbound calls to identify potential real estate clients.

- Utilize lead lists, databases, and CRM systems to source leads.

- Research and gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.

2. Client Engagement:

- Build rapport with potential clients over the phone.

- Answer inquiries, provide property information, and address client concerns.

- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, timelines, and budgets.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

- Schedule appointments for Sales Execrative to meet with qualified leads.

- Maintain an organized calendar and follow up with scheduled appointments.

4. Database Management:

- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

- Track lead progress and report on key performance metrics to management.

5. Market Knowledge:

- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

- Provide clients with relevant information and insights.
