Job Summary:
As a Presales Executive, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into site visits and bookings,
achieving a minimum conversion rate. You will maintain meticulous records of all site visits and
bookings, generate daily reports on various metrics, follow up with leads promptly, and ensure that
documentation is up-to-date. Your role also includes attending training sessions, meeting monthly
targets, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Achieve Visits from Leads (Minimum % Conversion):

ï‚· These reports serve as a snapshot of your daily performance and help in making real-time
adjustments.
On-time Follow-up of Leads & Keep Documentation Updated:
ï‚· Timely follow-up is critical in nurturing leads. You should maintain a rigorous follow-up
schedule to keep potential customers engaged and informed.
