FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Customer Cultivator to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Cultivator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer engagement, and sales strategy to cultivate and nurture relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and be able to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients. This is a Full-Time position with a preference for candidates located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in customer engagement and relationship building
Strong sales strategy and negotiation skills
Familiarity with cold calling and lead generation techniques
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in any field
Note: As per sales delivery candidates will have sufficient amount of incentives(variable part)
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement customer retention strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
