Job Description

Job Tittle : Sales Manager Key and Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be expected to drive sales growth and realization of sales

targets in the organization. The job involves creating good rapport with clients and

ensuring maximum property sales. This is a job that ensures experience in the real

estate industry and skills in public speaking as well as leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Sales Team

Individual and team sales targets will be set, and progress will be monitored.

Individual support and counseling will be offered to individual members of the team

on improving performance in sales.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute an appropriate sales strategy to meet the goals of the

company.

Study current markets and needs of the customers, for promotion of focused sales

campaigns

Identifying new business opportunities as well as plans for client portfolio expansion

JD :-Inside Sales Manager:-

Representative, you will be responsible for

generating leads,

contacting potential clients over the phone, and persuading them to engage with our real estate services.

You will utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport,

understand client needs, and provide them with valuable information about

properties and

services. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can thrive in

a fast- paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to generate leads via different web

portals

by doing posting.

2. Client Communication: Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce them

to

our real estate services, discuss their needs, and offer suitable solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the properties and

services

offered by our company to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value

propositions to clients.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by

providing lead.
