Be the tip of the spear in communication with leads and clients - you will be responsible for making
outbound phone calls to leads generated by internal/external sources who have indicated an interest in
exploring more about the Real Estate projects.
2. Build and maintain relationships with the Developers’ Sales Team as well as prospects/buyers,
understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
3. Constant follow-up on prospective leads, providing them details of the projects that fit their requirement
and converting them to site visits and timely communicating with all the stakeholders via oral and written
communication.
4. Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving toward maximizing sales for the
organization.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights
to prospects.
6. To be responsible for developing a new customer base and maintaining the current customer database.
7. Nurture leads from initial inquiry until the point they are connected with a Closing Manager.
8. Willing to work in a target-oriented performance-driven environment and learn & grow with the
Team/Organization.
9. Providing after-sales services and assisting in Home Loans for customers
and converting them to site visits and timely communicating with all the stakeholders via oral and written
communication.
