Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven 4 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support roles, preferably in the CCTV industry.
Sound knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security equipment and software solutions
Familiarity with networking protocols and IP-based surveillance systems along with AI based software solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and provide technical Solutions in pre-sales activities for our range of CCTV products.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate security solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Assist in creating technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates for clients.
Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to enhance product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and generate potential leads.
Support post-sales activities, including product installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
