Pre Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Assistant with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. This is a desk-based role focused on supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

o Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and propose technical solutions.

o Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.

o Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimations and delivery schedules.

o Communicate with customers to address technical inquiries and concerns. (If Required)

o Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when needed.

o Liaise with Sales, Marketing, production, and R&D teams to provide accurate information regarding current market trends.

o Work with the marketing team to develop technical content for brochures, catalogs, Online Research, and other materials.

o Maintain records of proposals, technical documents, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

�� Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Any Graduate.

�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

�� Proficiency in MS Office and surfing, Market Research is a plus.

Experience:

�� 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or related role.

�� Knowledge of manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
