Job Description: Pre-Primary Academic Manager and Trainer -(Grades nursery to 2)
Position Overview:
As the Pre-Primary Head and Trainer, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the pre-primary education department in an educational institution. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations, providing support and guidance to teachers, and conducting training sessions (Physical and real-time) to enhance their skills and professional development.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the pre-primary education department, aligning it with the institution's mission, vision, and educational objectives.
2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to develop and refine the pre-primary curriculum, ensuring that it meets educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of young learners.
3. Teacher Training and Development: Plan and conduct regular training sessions and workshops for pre-primary teachers to improve their teaching methodologies, classroom management skills, and understanding of child development principles.
4. Classroom Observation and Support: Regularly observe pre-primary classrooms, provide constructive feedback to teachers, and offer support to enhance the learning experience and teaching practices.
5. Parent and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers, maintaining open communication and involving them in their child's educational journey. Collaborate with the community to enhance the pre-primary program's outreach and impact.
6. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor students' progress and identify areas that require additional support or intervention.
7. Budget Management: Manage the pre-primary department's budget, allocating resources efficiently to meet program requirements and objectives.
