Job Title: ADM Practice Head

Location: Pune

Experience: 15+ years

Required Skills/Knowledge:

5+ years of experience in designing and architecting complex solutions 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry

Experience defining technology standards for an organization

Experience with architecture frameworks, including design patterns, distributed applications, Azure Well-Architected Framework, AWS Well-Architected Framework, C4 Model, etc, with the aim of reuse

Experience architecting microservices, containerization, and event-driven architecture

Experience architecting Identity & Access Management, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, and SAML

Experience with the full Azure stack; exposure to AWS, GCP and other cloud platforms is a plus

Experience with programming technologies, including .NET Core, C#, Java, Python, Kafka, Storm

Experience with Data technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, BigData, R, and GraphQL

Experience with front-end technologies, including Angular, Node, React, etc. Experience with enterprise Devops, including SSDLC, performance, observability, and high availability

Background in agile software development and scaled agile frameworks A true believer in measuring success based on working software and in quick prototyping

Someone who still codes and can spin up a snippet of code quickly

Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute innovative digital product, combined with tactical ability to execute simultaneously against multiple competing priorities

Someone with an iterative approach, drive to move fast and think big

Experience managing internal and external teams at the same time, working with multiple brands and digital properties of varying maturities

Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with non-technical team members, resolving competing or contradictory objectives,
