What will you do?
Responsible for planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversions on our website through Google Ads and other advertising networks
Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns for maximum performance
Research and analyse competitor’s Ads and bid rates
Optimize the ad copy and landing pages for maximum conversion
Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ROI
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Own, drive, and responsible for key marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements
What Qualifications & Skills should you possess?
Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed Institute
Proven 4-5 years SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google & Facebook, well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Must have hands-on experience on Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Manager and other paid Ad networks.
Understands keyword matching, keyword research & optimization. Experienced in understanding google analytics & pixel integration.
Familiarity with the start-up work culture and willingness to learn, be flexible, adapt, and contribute
Extremely high energy levels and passion to succeed
Strong work ethics, integrity and fiercely self-motivated
