Job Description

Qualification - BE/ In Textile Chemistry

Job Description:-

1. Responsible for planning from grey fabric to Finished fabric (Dyeing Department)

2. To ensure and monitors inventories of raw material, grey goods

3. To ensures & follow up with various department for timely dispatch

4. To ensure machine wise feeding plan and grey input planning for proper feeding & to improve

productivity of processing department

5. To manage and consolidates all relevant information for efficient order execution in dyeing such as

sample folder, foil paper / foil designs etc

6. Local urgency order, critical customer order and late order follow up

7. Responsible for RFT (Right first Time)

8. To ensure machine allotment for fabric dyeing & proper execution

9. Follow up for Grey fabric from weaving department

10. Maintaining Development details / fabric composition / fabric weight etc

11. To Prepare daily / Monthly production Budget & Production reports

12. Must have knowledge of fabric dyeing ( 100% Polyester, Poly Cationic, Cotton, Blend, Zari etc ) &

Dyeing Machine

13. Responsible for GRS & OCS Audit ( Product audits )
