Production Planning

Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on

demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align

production plans with market needs and business objectives.

Understand the customer requirement and follow up development

with same

Responsible for taking Corrective & preventive action plan for

short dispatch analysis.

Co-ordination with Purchase, Production and Quality departments.

To release schedules & follow up for material as per dispatch

plan.

02 Resource Management

Ensure optimal utilization of production resources, including

labour, machinery, and materials.

Monitor and manage the availability of raw materials and finished

goods to avoid production delays and stock outs.

03 Process Optimization

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance

production efficiency and reduce waste.

Inventory Control

Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage,

and turnover rates.

Develop strategies to minimize excess inventory while ensuring

adequate stock to meet customer demands.

05 Quality Assurance

Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and

regulatory requirements.

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain

product consistency and reduce defects.

06 Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of production planners and control staff.

Foster a collaborative work environment, providing training and support to enhance team performance.

07 Data Analysis and

Reporting

Analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to

monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present reports on production metrics, progress, and

challenges to senior management.
