K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking for PPC Head, Who has Supposed to Responsibilities:

1) Production Planning:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.

Coordinate with production team, design team, purchase, and stores team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Ensure that production plans align with company objectives and customer requirements.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

2) Resource Management:

Allocate resources (manpower, machines, materials) efficiently to meet production targets.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment.

3) Process Optimization:

Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to drive decision-making.

4) Quality Control:

Ensure that production processes meet quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with quality control teams to address any issues or deviations from standards.

Implement corrective actions to resolve quality problems and prevent recurrence.

5) Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.

Provide regular updates to management on production status, challenges, and achievements.

Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and resource utilization
