Job Title: PPC Specialist (Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads)

Location: Manewada, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Social Media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and performance-driven advertising to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

Planned, executed, and optimized Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Conduct keyword research and develop ad strategies to improve campaign performance.

Monitor and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages for higher conversions.

Implement A/B testing to improve ad copy, targeting, and placement.

Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effective ad spending.

Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate to improve results.

Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management.

Platforms Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.

SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding of keyword research and audience segmentation.

Technical Skills: Experience with UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
