Job Responsibilities
To achieve & maintain smooth services coordination between offer division and production by proper planning of all materials with safe operating workplace.
Preparation of Schedule in Microsoft Office Excel and Monitoring of Progress.
Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months Look-Ahead Schedule.
Updating Actual Progress and All Related Information & Comparison Analysis.
Review And Forecast Material as Per the Order and Conduct Contract Work As Per requirement And Try To Do Not Brake Continuity Of Work Of Production.
Regularly analyses order plans and doublechecks available stock of material, parts and components.
Reducing absolute inventory to conduct monthly inventory ageing meeting and act on it to consume material as soon as possible.
Planning and coordinating materials with production and SCM department.
Scheduling deliveries of Raw materials by specified time to begin production on time.
Have knowledge of ERP system, Mechanical drawing and BOM preparation.
Vendor follow up for readiness of material and final product.
