Job Description

• 8+ Years of Experience in Product Portfolio Planning & Execution for B2B Pharma Products (minimum 5+ Years’ Experience in Injectable for Domestic & Europe Regulatory Market)

• Develop Potential Product list in line with Market, Customer, Revenue growth, competition to be focussed

• Preparing Portfolio Strategy & Product Identification from getting the lead from Market, Competitors, IMS & Export Data & Reviewing it on timely basis

• Forecasting the Future Requirement & Capacity of the Plant in regards to Product Demand, Regulatory Status, & Capacity Availability.

• Reviewing & Approving of Feasibility of Product Launch, Business Basket & Outsourcing

• Reviewing & Implementing the Strategy for Product Launch for Country, Product in RADAR, PMO, Etc.

• Reviewing & approving the Business Case.

• Good in Handling Stakeholders, Strong Communication & articulation.

• He should be able to leads the team
