Job Description

1)Prepare the Design basis reports for the Plumbing, Effluent drain, Rainwater/Stormwater systems with the help of NBC/IS/IPC standards.

2)Prepare the P & IDs for the Plumbing, sewage & industrial process drains.

3)Prepare the 2D detailed engineering drawings as per NBC/IS/IPC standards.

4)Rainwater calculations & drain sizing.

5)STP and Septic tank, soak pit design.

6)Effluent drain management & routing to ETP. ETP design.

7)Fixture load calculations & Pipe sizing for the plumbing & sewage drains.

8)Prepare the water demand, hydraulic & pump head calculations.

9)Prepare the detailed bill of quantities for the Plumbing & sewage, Stormwater, Process Effluent system.

10)Vendor Drawing Review, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with Clients & Contractors
