Job Description:

We are looking for a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Specialist with 2 to 8 years of experience in Data Management and Quality, and a strong understanding of the PLM process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires full-time presence in the office.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in PLM with a focus on Data Management and Quality Control.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with the PLM process.

• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Pharma industry.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product data throughout the entire PLM process, ensuring data accuracy and quality at every stage.

• Maintain data integrity within the PLM system, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory) to manage product lifecycle data effectively.

• Support the data management and quality control process within the Pharmaceutical industry, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements.

• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reporting to ensure accurate product data across all lifecycle stages.

• Ensure effective documentation and traceability of data changes within the PLM system.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for PLM processes and workflows.
