Understand & utilize CAD, PLM process and tools knowledge for engineering systems support including methods and tools.

Understand company's CAD methodology, ECM process and apply it on day to day support tasks

Provide support for company's systems and engineering applications to the users.

Conducts training on CAD and PLM systems (like SAP PLM, ECTR, Teamcenter, Windchill, Change Management, Process Methods, ECR, DDX etc.) and Methods.

Use iET for tracking all support calls. Work with Engineering IT to resolve issues

Testing new functionalities in various company specific systems/methods in close co-ordination with global team

Identify improvements in existing methods and systems, and present proposals in internal or external forums.

Support global teams for developing Methods in various company specific systems

Provide inputs to Manager on Data quality maintenance on pre and post migration

Responsible to get CAD certifications as per role code

Ensure project documentation of task as per department guideline.

Implement standards, procedures, training, and safeguards to protect the integrity and functionality of CAD/PLM data.
