Responsibilities / Job Profile:

• Study of inputs provided by customer

• Prepare Standard for such drawings & templates

• Revise & update existing drawings reflecting design changes, to ensure consistent documentation of the project.

Skills / Requirements

• Having knowledge about PLC/DCS/SM/RTU/SCADA/HMI

• Control panel designing

• FAT/SAT

• Site commissioning and installation

• documentation(FDS ,DDS,IO assignment ,Heat load calculation)

Educational qualification.-

Diploma

MECHANICAL engineers cant apply for this post

Should have 1 to 3 years relevant experience in PLC programming, ladder diagrams development, programming blocks, SCADA Screens development, TAG assignment, etc.

> Should have experience with SCADA development

> Knowledge and understanding of Siemens PLC and TIA portal is a must

> Should have knowledge of PLC cards, CPU, input/output cards, etc.

> Should have knowledge of switchgear and hardware, VFD, chokes, HMI, cables and lugs, etc

> Should have knowledge of instruments like pressure switch, pressure transmitter, temperature sensors, etc.

> Electrical engineering fundamentals should be very clear and thorough

> Will be one of the decision maker in selection and procurement process of above components.
