Looking For Planview Configuration Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide overall end-user Planview Configuration Support and Training.

2. User Provisioning and DE provisioning User IDs for the organization.

3. Resource management, database additions and deactivations which includes adding resource attributes such as Team, Role, Experience, Resource Rates.

4. Assist with adding, editing and creating new fields as per the requirement of the project teams.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Lead/Assist with running various existing governance activities as mentioned below.

a. Provide support to deliver the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the IT portfolio.

b. Facilitate New Hire creation and existing Associate/Contractor Terminations in Planview.

c. Generate Timesheet Compliance reports (weekly/monthly) and ensure Project status reports are published on time.

d. Conduct Training sessions with Project Managers to prepare them for Project Review Meetings

e. Creation of new Projects using Planview which includes use of reusable templates.

f. Execute the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts.
