Qualifications and Skills
�� BE - Civil/Environmental/Public Health - With minimum 2-4 Years of experience in water treatment /waste water Treatment plant operations.
�� Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies
�� Experience in managing a team of operators
�� Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
�� Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
�� Degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
�� Knowledge of operational efficiency and best practices
�� Strong teamwork and leadership skills
�� Experience in plant operation and maintenance
�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
�� Oversee the daily operations of the water treatment plants
�� Manage, train, and supervise a team of operators
�� Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
�� Implement and maintain operational procedures and standard operating practices
�� Monitor and analyze plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
�� Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure the availability and reliability of plant equipment
�� Prepare reports and documentation, including plant performance reports, maintenance records, and incident reports
�� Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth plant operations
