1 Plant, production, packing and employee Management

2 Efficient Man Power Planning and utilization management

3 Overseeing the maintenance of equipment,building,plant security and protection

4 Production planning and Target Achievement record management

5 Utility Management like Boiler, cooling, chilling, Air compressor, vaccume system

6 Raw Material consumption, Fuel Consumption, Electricity Consumption report.

7 Spillage, Tank leakages, Pump linkages etc. Management.

8 BMR, BPR, log book and other document control management

9 Waste management By Product management.

10 Efficient Equipment Utilization.

11 SOP Compliance and regulatory requirement management.

12 Government Agency Handling & Liaising work management

13 Product Development & Process Improvement management

14 Recruitment & Training management for all employees.

15 Reviewing Production Target Down Time With Comparison.

16 Budgeting And Proposal Of Capacity Modification and new project development

17 Control cost to achieve budgetary goals of the company, Cost Optimization

18 Strict Adherence Of Environment Safety And Waste Management.

19 Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management.

20 Determine important key performance indicators and measuring them regularly.

21 Allocate resources effectively

22 Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives

23 Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

24 Ensuring smoothly day to day each operation of the plant.
