Job Title: Microfine Production Plant Head -VRM Operations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production activities, including raw material handling, grinding, burning, and cement milling. Operate Vertical roller mill and ball Mill.
2. Quality Control: Ensure consistent product quality by implementing quality control measures and monitoring testing results.
3. Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime experience in grading equipment. He should be working knowledge of PLC.
4. Safety and Environment: Implement and enforce safety protocols, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.
5. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of production staff, including shift supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel.
6. Production Planning: Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to plan production schedules, meet customer demands, and optimize inventory levels.
7. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including energy consumption, raw material usage, and labour expenses.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and track benefits.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in microfine production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of microfine production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
4. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
