Job Description

* Processing payroll: Calculate and process payroll for the company, including wages, overtime, and deductions.

* Handling employee inquiries: Answer questions from employees about their pay, deductions, attendance, and time records.

* Collaborate with other teams, including HR, to ensure payroll is processed on time.

* Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

* Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits, and rewards and recognition programs.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

* Maintain HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially.

* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
