Job Responsibilities:-

?? Responsible for coordinating the daily operations of a manufacturing plant to ensure the plant meet production targets.

?? Work directly with department heads to coordinate Purchasing, Production and store operations.

?? Monitor Daily Customer complaints, IHR , RFT , Manpower cost and related actions .

?? Identify and Monitor the project in the area production Process, RFT, Productivity improvement.

?? Set up & start up of new manufacturing facilities and production lines .

?? Responsible for Customer wise monthly planning and organizing Production schedules.

?? Day to day follow-up and coordination with all production activities.

?? Review Department wise Daily performance and initiate the actions on issues.

?? Implementation of SOP, Control system for maintaining quality standards

?? Responsible for kaizen activities implementation.

?? Responsible for Maintaining the plant performance indicators-PQCDSM.

?? machine shop process planning , productivity improvement &facilities planning.

?? Conduct daily meeting with sub-ordinates to review production, losses, IHR , Complaints and necessary
