Job Description

Position : Factory Manager / General Manager/ Plant Head

Candidate must be experienced in any Ayurvedic Products manufacturing company only

Job Location : Ludhiana , Punjab ( Immediate Joiner)

Age : Must be 32+

Salary Package : 25k - 40k

Work Responsibilities :

• Maintain and Responsible for day to day factory operations

• Responsible for security , quality and management of factory premises

• Manage Labour for loading /unloading /packing etc

• To receive , store and distribute material, tools, equipments and other supplies to sustain manufacturing and production activities

• Handling all other miscellaneous works like procurement of Packaging & Raw Material

• To Coordinate with building Contractors for any additional building area or machines

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of factory activities

• Supervises all factory related activities & ensuring its efficient and organized management

• Identifying the area of improvement and recommending modification

Skills :
