Job Description

Hands-on experience in handling production process for transmission gears

Cumulative responsibility of smooth running of the plant with special emphasis on productivity, quality, timely dispatches, health and safety of the employees

Communicates effectively and efficiently with various departments to ensure production targets are met

Works in collaboration with the companies vision of growth and improvement for all

Possesses leadership qualities and is able to manage a staff of 70+ workers

Day-to-day Activity

Is able to layout a practical plan for production, and ensures it is effectively implemented

Optimize manufacturing and support processes in the plant that ensure the same

Analyze and follow up on quality reports

Initiate/recommends personnel action such as disciplinary and discharge measures

Communicates effectively with staff

Leads the production meeting and is able to communicate production status and flag critical issues that need immediate attention

Active communication with customers to ensure long term relationships
