Overall Production Marketing & Development And administrative activities for Units :

ó Responsible for subcontracting of operations / facility on labour Job Basis.

ó Coordinating & planning with various departments to facilitate successful execution of plans.

ó Analyzing, preparing & managing documents as an input to the legal department.

ó Ensuring compliance to ISO 9001:2000 guidelines.

ó Responsible for smooth operation of entire factory – taking care and analyzing on the aspects of Productivity outcome per man / machine/ Hour.

ó Responsible for new product development starting from design phase (Also includes 4 color separation, preparation of positives, proofing on Offset machine) sample submission, Quotation approval and rates negotiation – till execution of Pilot Lot

ó Preparation of Master specification sheets and product cycle.

ó Was Responsible for Material Management,Vendor Management,Quality Assurance & Control

Role :

ó Handled entire Responsibilities Production Function.

ó Knowledge of 5 ply Automatic Plant.

ó Knowledge of Automatic Printer Slotter Rotary di-cutter.

ó Smooth working with all Internal functions.

ó Work with ISO 9001:2008 Certification systems.

ó Liaising with the Supplier & the Customer for official works.

ó Production Planning.

ó Handled entire Workers, Both Skilled And Semi-skilled and trained them.

ó Smooth execution of orders with minimum rejections,
