Skills - abricated job shop. Batch Production in MM, SS, Al parts. Exposure to Lean manufacturing, Medium & Heavy fabrication, Laser cutting, bending, welding, Painting, ability to handle end to end operations of 70-80cr business.

Job Description -

Responsible for Multi Plant Management Activities . Manufacturing (Production,

Planning, Raw Material Planning, maintenance etc.)

? People (Man) Management, Inventory Management, NPD, Customer Interface.

? Handling the full-fledged plant operations and improving the various performance

metrics.

? To ensure that the desired output from plant is achieved at optimal cost, time and

quality.

? Hands-on experience in Fabrication Industry (heavy & medium fabrication) using laser

cutters, bending, welding etc.

? Experience in Batch Production in MS, SS, Al parts.

? Ability to handle end to end operations of 70-80cr business.

? Work effectively with Supplier Quality/Manufacturing to ensure for manufacturing and

able to meet quality requirements.

? Good knowledge on Fabrication, welding fixture, Assembly fixture, Machining fixture,

gauge & GD&T tolerance stack-up analysis, weight reductions.

? Exposure to Lean manufacturing
