Responsible for complete supply chain management from vendor plant to customer in terms of delivery, quality, inventory, cost, safety, morale and asset utilization (DQICSM )

Responsible for optimizing profitability of the plant AND

-Supply Chain Planning, Control and Delivery

-Engg & Maintenance management

- Materials management

- Man management and organization development

- Safety, Environment management & house keeping

- Process Improvement

- Quality programmes

- Customer Interface & Projects

- Management meetings, reviews and contribution to strategic think tank

- Audits & Statutory Compliances
