Job description

We are Empyres Group, a mining and mineral processing company indulged in manufacturing and trading of products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a Plant Engineer for a Silica Sand processing plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.

• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of plant.

• Training and supervising staff.

• Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.

• Check and maintain production output of the processing plants.

• Submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.

• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 plus years of experience in similar industry.

• Experience with various types of Mining and manufacturing machinery and tools.

• The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation.
