Job Description

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, streamlining processes for enhanced

employee experience.

 Vendor management and new vendor development for Plant admin requirements.

 Vendor payments and reconciliation

 Coordinate and collaborate for manage customer, govt officials, group company employees visits to the

Plant

 Manage Company/Factory Events with smooth implementation.

 Manage Employee Transportation.

 Oversee Plant Canteen administration for better employee experience.

 Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and

letters.

 Support various teams within the organization on admin related activities.

 Maintaining and preparing MOM for admin related meetings.

 Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.

 Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

 Coordinate admin activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

 Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

 Liaison with stakeholders for admin support to senior management team

 Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data for admin audits.
