Oversee Plant Canteen administration for better employee experience.

Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and

letters.

Support various teams within the organization on admin related activities.

Maintaining and preparing MOM for admin related meetings.

Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.

Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

Coordinate admin activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

Liaison with stakeholders for admin support to senior management team

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data for admin audits.
